Order:
- We will refund within the 3 days that follow the payment of the invoice. Past that time, you cannot get a refund.
Shipping:
- All orders are shipped via Vietnam post.
- Handling shipping generally takes about a week.
- Please, do not use a PO box or have us ship to a military address, a restricted area, a naval port and/ or Jurong island, all carriers on earth refuse to ship to these areas.
- If an item is damaged during shipping, we’ll do everything we can to resolve the situation. In many cases, that means sending a new product to the buyer at no addition cost.
